A selection of iconic 80’s popstars will headline the opening night of Lytham Proms Festival Weekend 2012. “Here and Now, The Very Best of the 80’s” will feature stars: Bananarama, Rick Astley, The Real Thing, Belinda Carlisle, Toyah, Curiosity Killed the Cat and T’Pau in what is dubbed as being the Fylde Coast’s biggest party EVER! 

Here And Now, the most successful high profile 80′s live show, has become a runaway success ever since it was launched in 2001 by Tony Denton Promotions. The unique show “Here And Now, The Very Best of the 80’s” features the artistes performing back to back hits, accompanied by a live band and promising to be three hours of non-stop hits.

To Start, Er’s Diamond Jubilee Chicken - June 2012 is Queen Elizabeth’s 60th Year on the Throne and her Official 80th Birthday. Coronation Chicken was created in Honour of her Coronation in 1953. This is an updated twist on this using lovely spices, fruits, herbs and citrus. 

For Main, Surf & Turf - Roast Sirloin of Beef with King Prawns Served with Green Peppercorn Accompanied With Mange Tout, Carrots & Champ Mash.

For Dessert - Individual Chocolate Fondue Melting Chocolate Pot Served with Doughnuts, Marshmallows and Fresh Fruits for Dipping.
