Booking
Terms And Conditions.
Please read carefully.
Bookings must be confirmed in writing within 14 days of a
provisional booking along with a nonreturnable 10% deposit.
40% of the estimated final cost will be due one month prior
to the event.
Numbers and final details are required at least 14 days prior
to the event.
Adjustments are accepted 48 hours in advance.
This will be the minimum number charged.
Accounts are payable 7 days prior tot the event unless otherwise
agreed.
In the case of cancellation, all costs incurred by us will
be charged for.
We do not charge service charges. This is at the customers
discretion.
We accept no responsibility for any injuries/ illnesses resulting
from non - disclosure of allergies and dietary requirements.
All breakage's and any loss of equipment etc. caused by the
client will be charged at cost.
Our prices are based on a minimum of 40 persons but we are
happy to quote for functions of a smaller number.
The contents of our menus are subject to seasonal availability.
